Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, and protect your information.
This Privacy Policy describes how Cloudcore Hub LLC ("Cloudcore Hub", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our social media automation tools, including applications that use Meta Platforms services such as the Instagram API.
1. Information We Collect
When you interact with an Instagram account operated by Cloudcore Hub (for example, by commenting on a post), our systems may receive the following information through Meta's official APIs:
- Your Instagram username and user ID
- The text of your public comment and the post it was made on
- Message content you send to our Instagram account in direct messages
We do not collect passwords, email addresses, phone numbers, payment information, or any data beyond what Meta's APIs provide for the interaction you initiated.
2. How We Use Information
We use this information solely to:
- Respond to your comments and direct messages, including automated replies you request (for example, by commenting a keyword to receive a resource)
- Prevent duplicate responses to the same interaction
- Maintain records of which interactions have already been handled
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use this information for advertising or profiling.
3. Data Storage and Retention
Interaction records (comment IDs, usernames, and comment text) are stored securely in our workflow systems for operational purposes such as duplicate prevention. We retain this data only as long as necessary to operate the service and periodically remove old records.
4. Data Deletion Requests
You may request deletion of any data we hold about your Instagram interactions at any time. To do so, send a request to hello@cloudcorehub.com with your Instagram username, or send the word "DELETE" as a direct message to the Instagram account you interacted with. We will remove your data within 30 days and confirm once complete.
5. Third-Party Services
Our automation runs on trusted infrastructure providers, including n8n (workflow automation), Google (spreadsheet storage), and AI providers used to generate reply text. These providers process data only on our instructions. Your use of Instagram itself is governed by Meta's own Privacy Policy.
6. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. Instagram requires users to be at least 13 years old.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect stored data, including encrypted connections and access controls. Access tokens and credentials are stored in encrypted credential vaults and are never shared.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision. Continued interaction with our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
