The terms and conditions governing your use of our services
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Cloudcore Hub LLC ("Cloudcore Hub", "we", "us", "our"), including our website, consulting services, automation solutions, and any interactions with our social media tools. By engaging our services or using our platforms, you agree to these Terms.
Cloudcore Hub provides business automation consulting, AI-powered workflow design, custom database chatbot development, and social media automation services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for any engagement will be defined in a separate service agreement or statement of work.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement to use our services. If you are engaging our services on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Upon full payment, you own the custom workflows, automations, and deliverables we create specifically for your engagement. We retain ownership of our proprietary tools, frameworks, methodologies, and any pre-existing intellectual property used in delivering the services. We may use general knowledge and techniques gained during the engagement for other clients, provided no confidential information is disclosed.
Payment terms, including fees, schedules, and methods, will be outlined in the applicable service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 15 days of receipt. Late payments may be subject to a fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the engagement and applies to business data, technical configurations, credentials, and strategic information.
If you interact with an Instagram or other social media account operated by Cloudcore Hub (for example, by commenting on a post to receive a resource), you consent to receiving automated responses. Our use of your data in these interactions is governed by our Privacy Policy. You may opt out at any time by ceasing interaction or requesting data deletion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cloudcore Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. However, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or performance metrics unless explicitly stated in a service agreement. Our services are provided "as is" to the extent not covered by a specific service agreement.
Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment for all services rendered up to the termination date. We will provide reasonable assistance in transitioning any active workflows or systems.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
